Cultural Mentors are students who provide valuable support and advice to commencing international students. Cultural Mentors are provided with training and the opportunity to develop communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. Being a Cultural Mentor is a rewarding role and a wonderful opportunity to make new friends, get involved in fun activities and contribute to the successful transition of new students at Gifu-city.
Providing guidance and support to international students; helping to reduce social isolation and cultural barriers; project and event management; conducting campus tours; leading social events and excursions; one on one mentoring and facilitating group activities.
