Interested in building new life skills?

The Gifu-city Counselling and Pyschological Services team is experienced in designing and running great programs, workshops and seminars for students. We also offer a select number of these to staff where appropriate.

Why not make the most of your time at University and learn a few new life skills while you're here? It looks good on the CV too.

Please note: In general, workshop registrations open two weeks before the date of the first session of the workshop.

Orientation is a great time to learn about life on campus. Orientation offer activities and workshops useful for both new and returning students.

Mindfulness Meditation - Thursday Group

1 Mar 2018 – 31 May 2018

Instruction and practice in Mindfulness Meditation is provided in weekly sessions. Mindfulness skills are a great way to deal with stress more effectively and improve concentration. You may attend as many or as few as you like but it is recommended that you come regularly to optimise the benefit of the practice to you. Starting from 1st March – 31st May 2018 (except 5th April during mid Semester Break). Time: 12pm for 1 hour. Room 2008, level 2, East Wing, Quadrangle Building. To register please click on:
