The University of Arizona offers several short-term programs over the northern summer: intensive Learning Research Experience; Entrepreneurship, Marketing & Innovation; and Sustainable Urban Design. For more information, visit .
Intensive Research Experience - Undergraduate students spend ten (10) weeks (2 June-8 August 2018) participating in research activities, attending workshops, fieldtrips, and a graduate school symposium. This program offers academic, professional, and cultural experiences for undergraduate students interested in science, technology, social sciences, and engineering to explore the life of a graduate student and a scientific professional. Application deadline: 23 March.
Entrepreneurship, Marketing & Innovation - This series of seminars is tailored for undergraduate students to develop professional skills in the Eller College of Management with focus in entrepreneurship, marketing and innovation. Students will attend lectures, seminars and workshops on designated projects. Students will also participate in observational visits to companies off-campus to help inform their on-campus projects. Program dates: 14 June-8 August 2018. Application deadline: 30 March.
Sustainable Urban Design - An introduction to the critical analysis of sustainable urban design and its context including paradigms, principles, tools, and theory of urban design ranging from local to international contexts. Program dates: 2 June-29 June 2018. Application deadline: 30 March.
